Patrycja’s dental journey began in 2008 as a trainee dental nurse in London, sparking her passion for healthcare and patient well-being. She joined Poppies Dental Care, initially as a dental nurse and later taking on administrative roles, mastering various aspects of the field. In 2017, she expanded her horizons, becoming Practice Manager at another dental practice while continuing her collaboration with Poppies Dental Care.
She has an extensive knowledge in many fields from CQC, HTM 01-05, leadership and training and development. She regularly attends different courses, dental meetings but also reads dental journals to keep herself ahead of the game.
In May 2023, she returned to Poppies Dental Care as Practice Manager, where her experience equips her to lead and understand the dental practice dynamics. Her strive is to exceed customer expectations at all levels and to lead the team to provide effective patient care.
Beyond work, she enjoys cinema, baking, and spending time with friends and family. Her journey in dentistry is a heartfelt commitment to creating healthier, happier smiles and fostering a supportive dental family at Poppies Dental Care.
